If you would like a challenge, and money then you will like to work at Hometown Drive In. We only interview people that take a job serious. Preferably 16 and older (Please), So if you are not 16/15 and own a car or 15 and dont have transport do not even apply (unless you live in the Bear Lake IDAHO which you have a bus) We will not be able to provide Transport, nor pay for fuel. All that we can promise is that you will be working is a place that requires a lot of work, cleaning, customer relations, and a cool head. And of course MONEY
Hometown Drive In is taking applications starting April 1 2009.
Employment Wage
This will be covered in the interview, if you meet the required items above, and if you have previous food and customer relations.
Employee
(If Hired) You will be required to wear a LOGO shirt, which we will provide, in condition that you will not quit and keep the shirts, upon quit and or fired you must return the shirts provided to you by 48 hours or the cost is 20 dollars per shirt. You will also be required to get a UTAH FOOD SAFTEY CARD.
Okay the bad new is out of the way
We have a great staff, and managers which will help you in the course of the training, we understand if the job of the food industry is hard for some people and easy for others but we will treat everyone the same. You should count on 40 hours a week unless part-time but still a good wage. We offer a Employee Meeting every week , and a group meeting every month, plus bonuses. Hometown Drive In tries to make it as easy as possible to employees to have fun and enjoyable working environment, building your confidents, and opening your imagination to the abilities that maybe you never knew you had. This is CORE, to any job.
